Email Finder FAQs

What is the Email Finder feature in Data Reclaimer?

The Email Finder allows you to extract professional email addresses in bulk using just a spreadsheet—no LinkedIn or Sales Navigator needed. Upload a file with basic details, and our system will match and return emails in Excel format.

To extract emails, your spreadsheet must contain these three mandatory fields:

  • First Name

  • Last Name

  • Company Domain (e.g., example.com) or Company Name

You can use your own file or download the official Data Reclaimer template for faster processing.

  • ✅ Only 1 credit is consumed for each successfully found email

  • ❌ No credits are used for rows where no email is generated

This ensures you only pay for successful results.

You can upload either:

  • .xlsx (Excel format)

  • .csv (Comma-separated values)

Make sure your file includes the required fields.

Here’s how to extract emails in bulk:

  1. Log in to your Data Reclaimer account

  2. Go to the “Email Finder” section on your dashboard

  3. Upload your spreadsheet (.csv or .xlsx)

  4. Map the fields in your file to match: First Name, Last Name, Company Domain/ Company Name

    • If you’re using the official Data Reclaimer template, fields are automatically mapped

  5. Click the “Submit” button

  6. The system will validate your sheet, showing:

    • ✅ Valid rows

    • ❌ Invalid or incomplete rows

  7. After validation, click “Find Emails” to begin extraction

  8. Once processing is complete, you’ll be redirected to the dashboard

  9. Download the result file in Excel format with all successfully found emails

Not yet—but email verification is on our roadmap and will be available in an upcoming update.

If no email is found for a particular entry:

  • That row will be skipped

  • No credit will be deducted

  • The result will appear as blank in the final file
Once extraction is complete, your processed file will appear under the “Email Finder” section in your dashboard. From there, you can export the data in Excel format.

What does the LinkedIn & Sales Navigator data extractor do?

Data Reclaimer’s LinkedIn and Sales Navigator extractor lets you capture key profile information—like name, title, company, location, and more—directly from search results in just a few clicks. It’s fast, automated, and designed to save hours of manual effort.

  • ✅ Email discovery is included for free with profile extraction (no additional credits are required)

However, to ensure email addresses are included in the results, make sure to enable the “Find Email” toggle before starting the extraction process.

  • Here’s how it works:

    1. Log in to your Data Reclaimer account

    2. Go to LinkedIn or Sales Navigator and apply filters to refine your search

    3. The Data Reclaimer extension will automatically appear on the right-hand side of the page

    4. Choose the number of pages you want to extract (LinkedIn: 10 profiles/page, Sales Navigator: 25 profiles/page)

    5. Toggle the “Find Email” switch ON if you want to include emails

    6. Click “Start,” then name your file and press OK

    7. The extraction will run in the background and might take a few minutes

    8. Once completed, press OK again and you’ll be redirected to your dashboard

    9. From your dashboard, you can download the extracted data in either CSV or Excel format

No, but having a LinkedIn Premium or Sales Navigator account allows you to extract more profiles safely and efficiently. For standard LinkedIn users, we recommend not exceeding 250 profiles per day to avoid triggering LinkedIn’s activity restrictions.

That depends on your available credits and the type of LinkedIn account you have. Here’s a quick guide:

  • LinkedIn: 10 profiles per page

  • Sales Navigator: 25 profiles per page

  • You can extract multiple pages at once, as long as you have enough credits

There’s no hard cap—Data Reclaimer lets you extract as much as your plan and platform limits allow.
